Farewell Party - Quicksilver Mail

One of our group, Helen Buyze, is leaving soon to start a new life in South Africa.  She is having a Farewell Party on Wednesday, November 11th, in the Quicksilver Mail pub (top of Hendford Hill) in Yeovil and we are all invited.

Helen is going to be a teacher in McGregor Waldorf School. This little school has 60 pupils in the Primary Department.  Most of the children are very poor and the school relies on sponsorship to provide materials.  There are no reading books in Class 1.

This party is a fund raising event and Helen would really appreciate donations from those attending so that she can purchase a reading scheme for her new class.

There will be a disco and food and a warm happy atmosphere.  Please come and enjoy the party
